International Organization for Standardization (ISO)

ISO develops and sets international standards for various industries and disciplines. The aim is to ensure uniform processes across countries and industries.

Diana Candles has two ISO certifications:

Indicates that the company has a well-functioning quality management system that ensures high quality in products and services, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Indicates that the company works systematically to reduce its environmental impact, comply with environmental legislation, and improve sustainability in its processes.

CDP

CDP is a global organization that helps companies report their environmental impact. Companies are scored (D-A) on their transparency and efforts in sustainability.
Diana Candles scored B in 2024, which was the highest score within the SME category given in 2024.

EcoVadis is a global company that assesses corporate sustainability based on four main themes: environment, ethics, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement. Diana Lys A/S has earned a badge, "Committed" in 2025, which shows our positive intentions with our work within sustainability.

VANA

VANA is a collective scheme for extended producer responsibility for packaging of which Diana Lys is a member.
Producer responsibility came into effect in Denmark in 2025, where all companies that make products with packaging available or produce packaging in Denmark will be responsible for the packaging when it becomes waste.
The purpose of producer responsibility is to reduce the amount of packaging, ensure efficient collection and handling of packaging waste, and motivate companies to design better and more environmentally friendly packaging - for prevention, reuse, and recycling.

Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)

Much of our packaging has this certification.
FSC is an international certification that ensures wood and paper products come from responsibly managed forests.
