Returning Goods

Goods are generally not accepted for return.

 

Defects and Deficiencies

The buyer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately after delivery, as thoroughly as necessary, to determine whether there are any defects or deficiencies and whether the goods comply with the order confirmation in terms of quality and quantity.
If the packaging is damaged or shows visible signs of defects, a reservation regarding potential damages to the contents must be noted on the delivery receipt. You may also refuse to accept the goods, but please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the rejection (documentation of transport-related damages is required).
To claim that the delivered goods have defects or deficiencies, a written complaint must be submitted no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods via email: lene@diana-lys.dk

Complaints do not apply to errors or damages caused by improper handling of the goods.
Returned goods must be in unused condition, and all original packaging must be included and undamaged.
We do not refund money for used or damaged goods.
If the buyer has complained about a defect and it turns out that the issue cannot be attributed to Diana Lys A/S, the buyer must reimburse any costs incurred by Diana Lys in this regard, including inspection and shipping costs.
Diana Lys will cover return shipping costs within reasonable limits.
Goods sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
