The website www.diana-lys.dk is exclusively B2B, and you must create a customer account to shop with us.

Ordering

Diana Lys A/S is not obligated to accept an order and reserves the right to cancel or reject an order. A binding agreement with Diana Lys is only established once you have received an order confirmation.

 

Prices

All prices are stated in DKK or EUR, excluding VAT, but including taxes and other charges. Prices do not include delivery.
The prices of the goods are displayed in the product overview, on the product page, and in the shopping cart. The applicable price is the one at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right for sold-out items as well as printing and pricing errors on the website.

 

Payment

Diana Lys A/S accepts payment with Dankort/Visa-Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched.
Diana Lys A/S uses an approved payment server that encrypts all card details using Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

 

Backorders

If an item on backorder is ordered, you will be notified immediately via email. You will also receive information about the expected delivery time.
If an item that has been ordered is unexpectedly discontinued, you will likewise be informed via email.

 

Force majeur

Any circumstances beyond the control of Diana Lys A/S, such as labor disputes, operational disruptions, transportation difficulties, or other issues caused by third parties, may result in a cost-free postponement and extension of the delivery time.

 

Cancellation and Order Changes

The buyer does not have the right to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed.
The products sold on the website depend on the user's input and choices; therefore, any errors in the user's input or selection are not the responsibility of Diana Lys A/S. However, the user may contact the sales department to correct an input error.
If Diana Lys A/S, despite the above, accepts a return, the items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, unopened packaging.
Approved returns will be credited with a deduction for return costs.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute between the parties arising from these terms and conditions or Diana Lys A/S’ services, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be settled under Danish law in the ordinary courts at the Seller’s place of business at the time.
